DISP 3006 Macromolecular Hyper-dispersant Wetting and Dispersing

DISP 3006 is a macromolecular hyper-dispersant with excellent wetting and dispersing capabilities for various organic pigments. It effectively reduces system viscosity while increasing pigment content. The product delivers outstanding anti-floating and anti-flooding performance.

• Suitable for medium polarity systems with good compatibility with most common resins
• Excellent ability to improve the storage stability of pigment pastes

DISP 3006 is suitable for 2K PU, alkyd, acrylate and polyester systems, amino baking varnishes and UV curable systems. Typically introduced before the grinding stage during manufacture with the following dosage guidelines:

• 10-15% dosage for inorganic pigments
• 30-90% dosage for organic pigments
• 70-100% dosage for carbon black
