Water Based Formulation Silicone Coating Wetting Agent D-348

A high-performance silicone coating wetting agent specifically designed for water-based formulations, offering excellent substrate wetting and anti-shrinkage properties.

D-348 is an efficient silicone coating wetting agent with excellent performance characteristics. Compatible with water-based systems, radiation curing systems, solvent-based and solvent-free (two-component) formulations. Provides high efficiency, excellent anti-shrinkage effects, good repainting properties, and promotes flow. Can be pre-diluted or directly added. Comparable to Tego 270, BYK-348, and TEGO-349.

Automotive paint, industrial coating, architectural coating, decorative coating, inkjet ink. Also suitable for leather precoating primer and topcoat based on polyurethane, acrylic resin, nitro, and casein systems.

Dosage: 0.1-1% of total formula
