Organic Acid And Organic Amine Solvent Based Dispersant D-106 with 90% Active Ingredient and 140-240 Mg KOH/g Acid Value

This product is an electric neutral salt of organic acid and organic amine, designed for dispersing pigments and fillers in paints and inks. It effectively prevents defects such as poor gloss, floating color, and blooming caused by inadequate dispersion.

Suitable for alkyd paint, acrylic paint, nitrocellulose paint, phenolic paint, chlorinated rubber paint, epoxy paint, amino paint, polyurethane paint, polyester paint, and similar coating systems.

Add in sequence: base material, D-106 dispersant, and filler. Disperse and grind using appropriate equipment. When using high-shear equipment, prevent excessive shearing that could remove the dispersant from pigment surfaces. Stir again after grinding to ensure uniform dispersion.

Pigment and filler: 0.3-1.5%
For carbon black dispersion: 10-50% of carbon black content
